"As a trucker traveling down from Canada, finding a solid post-workout spot on the road isn’t easy—but Heart City Nutrition delivered big time. After a long haul and a much-needed gym session, I stopped in for one of their protein shakes, and it hit the spot perfectly. The shake was smooth, packed with flavor, and didn’t taste overly sweet or artificial like others I’ve tried. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, even with me rolling in looking road-weary. Great vibe, clean space, and quick service—everything I needed to recharge before heading back out. Definitely adding this place to my go-to stops when I’m in the area again!"

"If I could give more stars I would! I never been to this nutrion place before and they were super patient with me when they went over everything that comes with the combo meal. Their aloe shot is not like others(not slimy, tastes great), teas are delicious(peach ring flavor is , and protein shakes do not disappoint! Great atmosphere, great attitudes, great place. Will be coming back!!"

"I was hesitant to come here due to some of the reviews, but I gave it a chance since I’m only here for a few days. I went (Aug 2, 2022) I’m glad I did the shakes and teas that my husband and I got were very good. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely a sweetheart! I got there 23 mins before closing, and he was super welcoming, took his time, went over the menu with me overall excellent customer service! (Exactly what I look for when I am hiring employees!) I wish I remembered his name because he definitely deserves to be recognized for his excellent customer service! I got the s’mores shake and custom tea, and I loved it! Overall, I would recommend going if you are craving a shake or some yummy energy teas!"
